This dairy free fudge recipe has to be one of my favourites! It’s simple to make and rich in flavours.

If you are a smores lover this is for you! The crunchy graham cracker topped with chocolate fudge and marshmallows in a tasty combination in this recipe! This Dairy-Free Smores Fudge has delicious toasted marshmallows on top of a smooth fudge layer with a graham cracker crust.
TIPS ON HOW TO MAKE THIS RECIPE
- If you aren’t dairy-free you can make this fudge recipe with regular condensed milk
- If you want to have a thicker crust, bake your crust in the oven before pouring the chocolate fudge mixture on top
- If you don’t have a kitchen torch, you can broil your marshmallows in the oven separately and then top your fudge with them after they have cooled down a bit

Dairy-Free Smores Fudge
Ingredients
- 8 dairy-free graham crackers
- 1 tbsp vegan butter
- 195 mL sweet condensed coconut milk
- ½ cup dairy free dark chocolate
- ½ cup dairy-free mini marshmallows
Instructions
- Line a square 6 inch pan with parchment paper
- Put graham crackers into a plastic bag and crush with a rolling pin. Make sure you crush it into crumbs
- Melt butter in the microwave and stir into graham crumbs
- Press graham crumb mixture into the bottom of the pan
- In another microwave safe bowl, empty the can of sweet condensed coconut milk and dark chocolate chips
- Melt the coconut milk and chocolate chips in the microwave for 15 seconds at a time stirring constantly until the chocolate chips have completely melted
- Pour the chocolate coconut milk mixture on top of the graham crumb mixture
- Top with mini marshmallows
- Set in the fridge for 5 hours or overnight
- After fudge has set, remove from the fridge and use a kitchen torch to toast the marshmallows
- This may melt the top of the fudge, so put it back in the fridge for a few minutes to harden the top again
- Once set, remove from the fridge and slice
- Enjoy!
