I think I was about 13 years old when I first made this mango salsa recipe. It is one of the first recipes I ever made. I was in Boy and Girls Club and one of the badges was a cooking badge. It was the first time I had ever cooked. I made a simple salmon dish and added this mango salsa on the side. Since then it has been a family favourite and a side I make all the time!
I am so excited to share this recipe on the blog as it has a special place in my heart!
