Buffalo Cauliflower
Servings: 4 people
Ingredients
- 1 head of cauliflower
- 4 TBSP of Organic Chickpea Flour
- 1 TBSP of Flavour God Buffalo Seasoning
- 4 TBSP of Water
- 1/4 Cup of Franks Red Hot Buffalo Sauce
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400 degrees
- Wash and cut your cauliflower into bite sized florets
- Pat dry with a paper towel
- In a separate bowl mix together the chickpea flour, buffalo seasoning and water
- Mix well until you have a paste you can batter the cauliflower with (Depending on the chickpea flour you are using you may need to add more water)
- Coat the cauliflower florets with the chickpea flour batter, ensuring that you have coated each piece
- Place on a baking sheet and in the oven for 25-30 minutes (Flipping halfway)
- Bring your cauliflower out of the oven and using a brush, brush every piece with the buffalo sauce. Make sure you have coated each piece and return tray to the oven
- Bake for another 10 mins or until you see the pieces getting a bit brown
- Remove from the oven and cool for 10 mins
- Serve with your favourite dip!
