Buffalo Cauliflower

  • 1 head of cauliflower
  • 4 TBSP of Organic Chickpea Flour
  • 1 TBSP of Flavour God Buffalo Seasoning
  • 4 TBSP of Water
  • 1/4 Cup of Franks Red Hot Buffalo Sauce


  • Preheat the oven to 400 degrees
  • Wash and cut your cauliflower into bite sized florets
  • Pat dry with a paper towel
  • In a separate bowl mix together the chickpea flour, buffalo seasoning and water
  • Mix well until you have a paste you can batter the cauliflower with (Depending on the chickpea flour you are using you may need to add more water)
  • Coat the cauliflower florets with the chickpea flour batter, ensuring that you have coated each piece
  • Place on a baking sheet and in the oven for 25-30 minutes (Flipping halfway)
  • Bring your cauliflower out of the oven and using a brush, brush every piece with the buffalo sauce. Make sure you have coated each piece and return tray to the oven
  • Bake for another 10 mins or until you see the pieces getting a bit brown
  • Remove from the oven and cool for 10 mins
  • Serve with your favourite dip!
