Hi Friends! This is the last recipe in my Greek series! This Oven Baked Chicken Souvlaki is a great recipe to enjoy with some Greek sides! I have been craving Greek food since we started social distancing, so I am super excited to have this full Greek meal. This chicken was made for my husband, so if you are vegetarian like me, I like to pair my Greek meal with cauliflower or falafel!

WHY YOU WILL LOVE THIS RECIPE
This Oven Baked Chicken Souvlaki recipe is a great way to make chicken souvlaki in the oven if you don’t have a barbecue accessible. This recipe is flavorful and doesn’t dry out your chicken.

TIPS ON HOW TO MAKE THIS RECIPE
- Marinate your chicken overnight for more flavour
- If you find your chicken needs to get a bit more brown, place skewers on a baking sheet for 7 mins towards the end of baking
- Try not to overcrowd your skewers, they will become too heavy and fall through the pan
- You can also use this recipe for cauliflower or fish!
