Ingredients

boneless skinless chicken breasts

dried oregano

garlic powder

Instructions
Soak your wooden skewers for at least 30 mins to prevent burning in the oven
Cut your chicken into bite size pieces and place into a bowl
Marinate with the olive oil and spices. Mix well to coat all pieces of chicken
Cover your bowl with plastic wrap and leave in the fridge for at least 30 mins to marinate spices into the chicken
Preheat over to 450 F
In the meantime, skewer the chicken pieces onto the wooden skewers
Place on a baking sheet like in the pictures above, where you are not touching the chicken to the surface of the pan
Bake for 30 mins, turning halfway through to brown both sides
Notes
Marinate your chicken overnight for more flavour
If you find your chicken needs to get a bit more brown, place skewers on a baking sheet for 7 mins towards the end of baking
