This Almond Flour Banana Bread is a perfect loaf pan recipe to share with your family. I like this recipe because it is so easy to change around. You can use any add-ins you want like walnuts, raisins, or chocolate chips. You can also make this recipe with regular all-purpose flour, it doesn’t have to be made with almond flour.

It’s easy to make! You can really use one bowl for this Almond Flour Banana Bread recipe. You can also customize this recipe to whatever you have at home! Your favourite nuts, chocolate, or fruit. This recipe is great to have for breakfast or a late-night snack.
TIPS ON HOW TO MAKE THIS RECIPE
- You can use any flour you have at home! It doesn’t have to be almond flour. I like to use almond flour, but white flour works as well!
- Beat the egg before adding it into this recipe, it helps to mix it well into the batter
- Mix in your favourites like walnuts, raisins or craisin!
- I like to top this recipe to a banana, but you can also sprinkle more chocolate chips or walnuts on top

Almond Flour Banana Bread
Ingredients
- 3 ripe bananas
- ⅛ cup coconut oil (melted)
- 1 tsp vanilla extract (can use vanilla powder)
- 1 egg (beaten)
- ½ brown sugar
- 1 ½ cups almond flour
- ¼ tsp salt
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- 1 tsp nutmeg
- 1 tsp baking soda
- 1/2 cup dark chocolate chips (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350 F
- Grease a loaf pan, and line with parchment paper (This stops the paper from moving)
- In a bowl mash the bananas well with a fork
- Add the coconut oil, vanilla, egg and brown sugar. Mix this well ensuring the egg is mixed in completely
- Stir in the flour, salt, cinnamon, nutmeg, and baking soda. Mix well.
- Add the chocolate chips if you are adding them to this recipe
- Spoon the mixture into your loaf pan and spread evenly
- You can top it with more chocolate chips and/or banana slices
- Bake for 50 mins or until a toothpick comes out clean
- Cool down and Enjoy!
