Ingredients

ripe bananas

cups
almond flour

tsp
baking soda

cinnamon

nutmeg

vanilla
Pinch
of salt

eggs
1/4
cup
coconut oil
(melted)
1/4
cup
date sugar
(I used Liva)
1/2
cup
dairy-free dark mini chocolate chips
Instructions
In a bowl smash the bananas. Add the eggs, vanilla, coconut oil and honey to the bananas and mix well until combined with a whisk
In a separate bowl, combine all the dry ingredients, stir to combine
Pour the wet ingredients into the dry mixture bowl – stir into a batter
Next add the chocolate chips and stir well
Pour batter into a muffin tin lined with baking cups
Bake at 350º F for about 30 minutes (Check centre by using a toothpick - it should come out clean)
Cool and enjoy!
Notes
You can swap the date sugar for a 1/4 cup of your favourite sweetener like honey or maple syrup
Add in nuts or raisins instead of chocolate chips!
