Ingredients

Cucumber

Red Onion

Sweet Bell Pepper

Black Olives

Feta Cheese
(I like to use the small cubed)

Olive Oil
(extra virgin)

Dried Oregano

Instructions
Cut all your vegetables into bite sized pieces. Cut the red onions into thin strips
Combine vegetables in a bowl with oregano, olive oil, salt and pepper
Add feta and olives
Mix well
Enjoy!
Notes
Add a bit more olive oil if you plan on leaving it in the fridge long, so that all the vegetables are lightly coated
