Ingredients

ripe bananas
⅛
cup
coconut oil
(melted)

vanilla extract
(can use vanilla powder)

egg
(beaten)

brown sugar

almond flour

salt

nutmeg

baking soda

dark chocolate chips
(optional)
Instructions
Preheat oven to 350 F
Grease a loaf pan, and line with parchment paper (This stops the paper from moving)
In a bowl mash the bananas well with a fork
Add the coconut oil, vanilla, egg and brown sugar. Mix this well ensuring the egg is mixed in completely
Stir in the flour, salt, cinnamon, nutmeg, and baking soda. Mix well.
Add the chocolate chips if you are adding them to this recipe
Spoon the mixture into your loaf pan and spread evenly
You can top it with more chocolate chips and/or banana slices
Bake for 50 mins or until a toothpick comes out clean
Cool down and Enjoy!
Notes
You can use any flour you have at home! It doesn't have to be almond flour. I like to use almond flour, but white flour works as well!
Beat the egg before adding it into this recipe, it helps to mix it well into the batter
Use your favourite sweetener, like honey
Mix in your favourites like walnuts, raisins or craisin!
