Ingredients
Crust

cup
of quinoa flakes

of almond flour

of coconut flour

of coconut oil

of maple syrup
Filling

can of coconut milk chilled overnight in the fridge
1/2
cup
of unsweetened almond milk
1/4
cup
of maple syrup
2
tsp
of vanilla powder

TBSP
of tapioca flour

tsp
pf agar agar powder

TBSP
of acai berry powder
Instructions
Preheat the oven to 355 degrees C
Grease your tart pans with coconut oil
In a bowl mix all the ingredients for your crust. You mixture should be moist and together
Firmly press your crust mixture into each tart pan on the bottom and along the sides
Bake for 12-15 mins until you see the crust is turning golden brown
Remove from the oven and set aside to cool
To make the filling, scoop the coconut cream off the top of your refrigerated can
In a medium saucepan heat the coconut cream, almond milk, maple syrup, and vanilla powder
Keep the stove on low heat and when your mixture becomes warm add the tapioca flour, agar agar, and acai berry powder
Stir constantly until the powders have dissolved
Allow your mixture to come to a boil for 30 seconds and remove from heat
Pour mixture into your prepared tart shells
Refrigerate overnight (or at least 5 hours)
Top with your favourite berries
